Yarn-dyed weaving is the use of yarn dyeing, the same color configuration of many different colored yarns, combined with reasonable weaving results to produce fabrics with certain patterns and colors. Yarn-dyed fabrics are usually in the style of grids and strips. Generally, woven fabrics, like some of our men's shirts, have stripes and plaids on the fabric. Most of them are yarn-dyed fabrics, but there are a small number of exceptions. At this time, you can look at the reverse side of the cloth. If there are some faint grid patterns or stripes on the reverse side, then it is yarn-dyed. If there is nothing, white, it is printed and dyed cloth. Knitted fabrics are generally weft-knitted with more horizontal stripes.

[1] It is related to the length of dyeing time. Some woven fabrics have a short over-dyeing time, or some woven fabrics stay for too long when they are picked up.

[2] It is related to the dyeing temperature. If the temperature control is unstable during dyeing, it will also cause color difference.

【3】When the injected dyestuff is not stirred evenly, there will also be reasons such as color difference.
